Foundry Digital Solutions offers 100% satisfaction with its design services. We are committed to providing revisions until you are satisfied or the project is completed. Our unlimited revisions policy is designed to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your final design assets.

Foundry Digital Solution offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all Design Services (e.g., logo, website design, graphical assets). Customers can claim a 100% refund on their project if they are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts before any further revisions or approvals have occurred.

While we offer a 100% refund on design services, this is not an unconditional guarantee. The Refund Policy is VOID if:

• The primary design concept has been approved.
• You have requested revisions beyond the initial design concepts.
• The designs (logo or website) have been finalized.
• The website has been developed and deployed live.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks without notice.
• The product hunting report has been reviewed and approved by the client.
• The store has been approved and is live on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or TikTok Shop.
• The project is placed on hold upon customer request.
• Company policies have been violated.
• Other companies or designers have been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief provided by the client is incomplete.
• A complete design change has been demanded and provided.
• The business is closing or changing its name/nature of operations.
• Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other external factors occur.
• Once a client has accepted multiple sets of revisions, a refund is no longer applicable.

Services such as Website & Email Hosting, SSL Certificates, Domain Purchases, Maintenance Plans, SEO Plans, Social Media Marketing, and Google/Meta/Amazon Ads Campaigns are classified as Performance & Management Services.

• Performance Disclaimer: Due to the nature of digital marketing and external platform algorithms, we do not guarantee specific sales, ranking positions, or ROAS. These services are billed for time, resources, and expertise rendered.
• Non-Refundable: Performance & Management Services are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee.
• Partial Refunds: For these services, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund after a formal review of the project. Any such refund will be prorated based on the value of unused hours or remaining service days, minus any administrative or platform setup costs incurred.
• Ad Spend: Budgets allocated to third-party advertising platforms are paid directly to the platform and are strictly non-refundable.

• Submit your request in writing to your assigned Project Manager within 30 days of the original payment date.

• Bundle Services: If you subscribe to a service bundle and are dissatisfied with a specific component, the refund is applicable only to that specific service, not the entire bundle.
• Administrative Fees: * A 35% administrative fee applies to all orders canceled within 24 hours of placement if the project has not yet been initiated.
• If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, or for reasons unrelated to the service itself, the refund will be subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
• Final Decision: All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of Foundry Digital Solutions management, whose decision shall be final.

Once a refund is processed, you relinquish all rights to any designs or deliverables submitted by Foundry Digital Solutions, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

• Quality Assurance: We are committed to high-quality, well-researched work.
• Delivery: Orders will be delivered to your account by the date stated in the Order Confirmation. The minimum turnaround time is 5 business days, subject to package specifics.
